Commercial Description:
Continental style lager enjoyed throughout Europe. Visions of the Liter Stein-laden "Bier Fraus" bespeak the drinkability of this smoothest and most quaffable of lager beers. Less hoppy than Pilsner and very drinkable. Deep straw color. Balanced with Bavarian hops. Aged a full 6 weeks at 32°F.

12oz bottle from trade. Clear light yellow with small creamy white head. A little light corny, dry malt. A light noble hop flavor with dry malt corn. Medium body with a little carbonation. Perfect to style, but not all that good at the same time.

On tap at the brewery. This brewery is really not that bad for the weaker beers. I thought that this one was pretty good. Light hop flavor and aroma. Pretty good.

Bottle courtesy of tronraner. Pours gold with a thin film of white bubbles. Smells nutty with some citrussy hints. Tastes of lemons, biscuits, sweet malt. Earthy finish.

pours a clear gold with mild white head, mild sour aroma, sour corn presence with a mild background lacks in the complexity department

12oz bottle via Homebrew Myst Swap (thanks DecaturStevo!). Pours a clear a crystal clear amber with a small white head. Nose is bready and yeasty. Taste is pretty sweet, bready, a little corn, very malt-driven with just some subtle hints of hops in the finish. Body is light, carbonation is moderate. A nice easy drinking session beer.

Draft sampler at Smky Mtn Brewery in Gatlinburg. Sweeter than most. Small but well defined head. Okay.
