Jan 13, 2006 12oz bottle acquired in trade with SpringsLicker (thanks!). Poured a medium and slightly cloudy yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of corn, rotten vegetables, and some grain. Tastes of tart lemon peels and rotten vegetables. Wow, this one wasn’t really good. The label says it was a gold medal winner at the ’99 GABF. I feel sorry for the ’dork’ on the label.

Oct 8, 2006 Draft... Clear, straw-colored lager with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Great retention. Herbal, earthy nose with a pinch of white pepper. Lightly sweet, mildly tangy flavor with just a touch of bitterness. Light to medium-bodied and delicately creamy with modest carbonation. Short, crisp, clean finish.

Sep 3, 2007 Draft sampler at Pigeon Forge. Poured an amber color with a moderate fizzy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Light sour citrus hop aroma. light to medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. Much the same drinkable brew.
