Commercial Description:
Our American version of the popular wheat beers of Germany, this refreshing, flavorful brew draws smoothness and complexity from the contribution of 50 percent malted wheat. Light gold in color and throwing a snow-white creamy head, this brew is only lightly hopped and is naturally cloudy with a slight veil of brewer's yeast.

hazy orange, whispy head, sweet malt aroma with lots of banana, very light but refreshing flavor, hint of sweetness, surprising full flavor for something so light

I had this one several times on tap and there were some inconsistencies. At it’s best, it is a very well made Hefe. Thick head, cloudy golden yellow with a good amount of banana/clove aromatics. On one ocaision, it was flat and lifeless, with no head and an oilyness to it.

Aroma of wheat and bannanas. Cloudy yellow pour with off white head and lace. Very nice lemony flavor with a hint of hop bitter on the finish. Surprising mouthf feel and carbonation. Just a tad thin. A very refreshing drinker.

Draft @ Bearden Hill Location - Cloudy yellow, almost no head. Some pineapple and banana, and a hint of pine. Nicely fruity flavors, with the aforementioned banana popping up. Crisp finish.

Draught at brewpub. Cloudy greyish yellow. Tastes like grain with light traces of sour citrus, but otherwise a little on the bland side. I put in the lemon near the end of the glass and it improved it a great deal.
