Commercial Description:
For our hopping regime we went with Cascade and Nuggets in the boiling addition. Centennials were added every 5 minutes for the last 30 minutes of the boil. We added Crystals into the whirlpool. Dry hopping was done in both the fermentor after primary fermentation and the bright tank. We used a mixture of Chinook, Nuggets, and Sterlings in the fermentors and whole leaf Centennials in the bright tank.

22 oz. bottle from Grape & Gourmet. Dark orange pour with a thin off-white head. Strong and clean aroma of fresh cut grass, pine needles, and a hint of grapefruit. Very smooth pineapple and tangerine flavor but with a good amount of hop bitterness. This is a very good DIPA. Well above average.

great double IPA in how it isnt over done. Deep orange color on this one with some good head. The aroma was lemon and strawberries. The taste was good bitter and piney with a rose finish. May smutty make this a year round brew.

Not exactly a fresh bottle. Will rerate if I come across a fresh bottle. Pours a clear orange amber with a small offwhite head. Aroma of caramel, mellon, a little booze, sugar, and dough. Flavor is sweet sugary melony booze. Some grapefruit. This wasn’t bad, but I’m sure this is better fresh. More like a sugary american barleywine as is.

22 oz. Bright orange-copper with a small, lasting cap of cream. Juicy aroma of orange, resin, caramel, pineapple and peach. Near-medium body is extremely smooth, lightly oily and dry. Flavors of luscious peach, citrus and caramel are well-matched with the peppery resin and woody bitterness that keeps the sweetness in check. Excellent.

Tap at Redlight. Dark gold pour with a thick creamy head. Big piney hop aroma, some citrus a real explosion of hops. Taste has lots of hop bitterness, but is well balance by the malt. Very aggressive hops and very well done.

Bottle. Pours orange with thick, white head. Aroma of floral hops. Taste is grapefruit, honey, and has nice hop bite. Thick, creamy mouthfeel. Very good and easy drinking.

Not sure what the "Big A" stands for. Could come up with several, non-appropriate ideas. Bomber bottle. Pours nice dark gold/amber. Nose is hopped to hell and lot’s of winter air about this one. Piney and cleansing. Taste is heavily grapefruit’ed, lots of resin like sticky to it. hops, hops, and more hops. Some malts. Lemon. Honey. really great floral and forest bouquet both on the nose and in the taste. Finishes very clean, slightly cloying, and rather bitter and hoppy. Decent, very!

bomber. clear yellow-gold pour with a big white head and sheets of soapy lacing. aroma of grass, pine, grapefruit, pineapple, floral and a bit of a mustiness. immediate caramel sweetness - taken over quickly by the citrus hops - then more resiny hops - then some bread and earthy malts - on to a long moderately bitter finish. bit of a roller coaster obviously. nice lively carbonation with a creamy medium texture. a beer to be studied for sure.
