Dry hopped version at Downtown Bar and Grill. Very cloudy amber/blonde beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is quite fruity. Sweet apricot and peach notes with a bit of earthiness and a soft herbal brett character. A light cologne brettiness on the back, but it’s kind of dominated by the hops. I think I’d like it better without the dry-hopping, but it’s still pretty tasty.

Tap @ Mugs Alehouse. Poured a hazy yellow color with a large off-white head. The aroma was dry and dusty with earthy and citrus notes. The flavor was light and citrusy with lemony notes. Mild earthiness. Light body with a "wet" finish.

Draft. Pours a honey mahogany brown with an white head. Sweet honey nose with a dry brett leather feel. Moderate carbonation but its all honey to the finish and not nearly enough sour.

[Draft @ Mug’s Ale House] Poured a murky yellow brown color with a small ring of white bubbles that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, brett, citrus fruits, toffee, bread, and funky yeast. Taste of toffee, honey, citrus fruits, light tartness, and a bitter, hoppy finish.

Tap at blind tiger. Pours like the blonde- hazy light orangey yellow with a nice lasting white head. Aroma is funky and horsey, not of the wall funk or barnyard, but has some nice hay character, saltiness, light plasticy phenols and some burning wire- reminds me of a natural brett infection I get in some homebrews. Flavor is nice and bready malts, nice blegian salty earthy character with just a modest amount of funk and a light acidity- not fully funked out yet, but could get more funky as time goes by. This turned out a bit better than I thought and was definitely better this time around than the first time I had it about 4 months ago.
