Commercial Description:
A homage to traditional European beers brewed for quenching the thirst of farm workers of "Saisonaires." A unique Belgian Saison yeast is used to impart a mixture of spice, fruity and earthy notes along with a lip smacking palatability.

Hazy orange/copper with a small, frothy, white head. Flavor and aroma of grainy corn, crackers, and a light mustiness. Balanced medium palate. Poor excuse for a saison.

Golden Amber Coloring with Nice White Head. Earthy and Fruity Aroma. Very Nice. Initially Sweet and Fruity, Some Spices Intertwined...Dry Bready and Earthy Ending. Almost Too Dry to Be a Quick Drinker. Really Nice Saison.

Bottle. Amber color with a medium white head. Fruity aroma, apples and pears, frosting; some spices, pepper as well. An even mix of fruit and dryness with this saison, maybe a little too sweet at times. A well-made American saison.

Bottle. Pours a golden colour with a very adequate white head aboard. Nose is grassy with citrus. Flavor is funky, but in a good way. Very earthy and spicy, with a slightly lemony thing in the background. Lightly sweet but just enough to take the edge off. This was my Thanksgiving beer and it most certainly did not disappoint.

Clear amber orange with a moderately large head. Some minor gushing out of the bottle, so I guess that’s ok. Aroma is citrusy, spicy, estery. Some caramel in there with lighter malt notes. Oranges are everywhere here. A little bit sweet for the style. Close to the best out there, but not quite there.

The color was of a macro topped with a pungent yeast smell. Big lemon flavor.

Big ol’ 22 oz bomber: Poured a true amber/copper color with a sticky head. Bread/yeasty aroma. Sweet and yeasty for sure, almost an apple jelly character, too. Think I could make bread out of this stuff.

The Farmhouse Ale pours a dark yellow to medium amber color, topped off with a small, off-white fizzy head. No lacing behind a fully diminishing head. Body is hazy with a significant amount of sediment suspended almost like jelly. Nose is complex. Notes of perfume and flowery hops, specifically roses, fruity hops in the form of Washington apples, and a sweet, doughy yeast aroma. Initial taste is a medium sweet which carries right through the finish. Long duration on the mouth. Soft carbonation, medium body, and a creamy texture left at the finish. Reviewer’s notes: "Holy chunkiness, sweet on your lips, good - really good, spicy - very spicy, it’s good, lots of particles"
