Commercial Description:
A homage to traditional European beers brewed for quenching the thirst of farm workers of "Saisonaires." A unique Belgian Saison yeast is used to impart a mixture of spice, fruity and earthy notes along with a lip smacking palatability.

bottle-shared with vyvvy. clear orange appearance with a fluffy white head. nose is spicy with some light funk, vanilla, orange and lemon zest. nice spicyness to this nose. lightly metallic orange note comes as the beer warmed. flavors are nice-lots of spicy fruit notes-orange, corriander, lemon, lime, with some nice saison yeast to dry things out. well balanced and one of the better examples of a saison i have had from an american brewer.

Bottle. Hazy golden with small flat white head. Aroma is floral and yeasty. Grassy and spicy with light hops. Not bad.

First of all, I don’t really see this as a Saison but I found it rather enjoyable. Aroma is somewhat malty with lots pear and banana scents. Large creamy white head with good lacing on top of an orange body. Heavy malty flavors from start to finish with lots of sweet banana flavors. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Light alcohol in the finish. Seems to be lacking some of the earthy funkiness of a lot of Saisons.

Pours clear orange with a smallish head. Aroma is slightly yeasty with a small amount of citrus. Flavor is bready and citrus. Taste is very similar to a wit. Very tasty.

(650ml bottle) Thanks for the bottle Muzzlehatch! Pours a medium, white creamy head with a lightly carbonated, orange body. Nose is mildly biscuity with overtones of yeast and fruit. Decent flavour - somewhat barnyard and wet wheat mixed with watery raspberry seeds. Good recipe and a fine beer.
