May 25, 2009 Slightly hazy amber-brown with little head. Some burnt sugars, wood and faint dark fruit notes. Possibly faint bubblegum and herbal hops. Quite sweet, with some unrefined sugar notes, hints of fig and fruit and slight smokey notes. Sticky finish. I like the malt flavours but this borders on being too cloying.

Mar 22, 2009 (draft) Small tan ehad atop clear red-brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, raisin, some caramel, tobacco. Taste is sweet, cherry, raisin/plum, caramel, some chocolate. Sticky medium-full body, low carbonation. Enjoyable, but not really a quad.
