Apr 13, 2007 The body is a clear copper/amber color. It has a slender head yet performs much intricate lacing. The aroma is malty with light sweet cherry scents and a pit or two thrown in. It tastes of sweet malts with sweet/tart cherries and a cherry pit bitterness. Apr 13, 2007 Tap at Hop Devil Grill. Light pale pink tinted brew. Lightly fruity aroma with a hint of sweet cherry. Nasty band-aid aroma all over this. Flavour is thin and the palate is watery. A bit of dry wheatiness. Light acidity on the back… don’t even bother with this one.

Apr 11, 2007 Pours a clear copper orange with ruby hues and a decent-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of semi-sweet pale malt with a citric cherry tartness. Body starts pretty thin and semi-sweet with a lot of fruity cherry tartness toward a thinner sweet-tart finish. A pretty bland, overly tart and thin fruit beer.

Apr 11, 2007 Poured a hazy ruby orange color with a small beige head. The aroma is a muddled mix of sweet candy cherry, earthiness and malt. Mild-moderate tart fruitiness with a bitter middle and then fruity tail. Light to medium body.

Apr 9, 2007 Bottle. Golden brown, ruby like body. Aroma is sweet, pear and florals. Flavor is sweet, light, and has a touch of spice - probably clove. Overall I was not very impressed with it, though I could drink it all night if the need arose for some reason.

Apr 9, 2007 Pretty interesting beer. Pours a clear ruby body with medium head. Lots of lacing and gleaming diamond bubbles as you swish around in glass. Aroma is pear, cherry and wheat. Taste is also similar to a wheat beer, with a hint of clove, yeast, orange and cherry. Pretty good, especially after a dinner.

Apr 8, 2007 Medium, lightly hazy orange amber, slight head. Aroma mildly of aspirin and sweaty socks. Flavor is dominated by a slightly acidic fruit twang, dried cherries with that sweaty sock thing you find going on in some Belgians. Somewhat bitter almond finish. An interesting attempt.
