12 oz bottle. Pours to a light ruby red color, with a soapy, pink head that fades, and a moderate carbonation. The nose on this beer is very inviting, with aroma of sweet cherry blossom, and light hop aroma. The palate is firm, with good pale and caramel malt flavors, paired with a refreshing, sour cherry flavor. This beer finishes with more good pale and caramel malt up front, then ends with a refreshing, tangy, cherry sourness that lingers. Very well done fruit beer, that has excellent cherry aromas and flavors that work in harmony with the malt and hop character. You know you are still drinking a beer here, and the cherry character makes it even better. Would make a wonderful aperitif, and very food friendly. I really enjoyed this one, and anyone who appreciates, and "gets" fruit beers, will like this one as well.

yummy!!! in bottle. A beautiful hazy gold beer. Wonderful cherry pie flavor, with almond, lemon and ginger flavors. Smells like pie cherries. Delicious!

12oz bottle from Florian’s. Brownish-red body with a half inch of off-white head that dissipates quickly but leaves some lacing. Smells floral more than anything, with hints of berry-like aroma too. Tastes slightly like cherries with a floral aspect to it too. Sweet with just a little tartness to it. Light body combines with pleasant flavor to create a surprisingly drinkable beer. This is very good.

Bottled. I actually rather enjoyed this one. The fruit works well with the firm, wheaty flavors of the malt. Cherry sweetness but not too much. Very drinkable.
