The taste is of grapefruit with some malt coming through. Low carbonation and a light to medium body round out this solid drinking IPA. kumite56 (461), Cordova, Tennessee, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Oct 3, 2008 This is an excellent example of an IPA. Bold and strong aroma of hops overwhelms the drinker. Great pour with a nice head and lasting lacing. Tastes as to be expected with heavy hopping and a bitey finish. Great offering and packaging. branspra (224), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 28, 2008 Bottle. Average size head and white in color. Pours a yellow color with hints of straw and citrus. Slick texture and short flavor with a heavy bitter aftertaste. Actually not much in the way of hops for an IPA, and did not like that bitter ending.
