May 26, 2007 (draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Hazy orange color with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is nice and malty with some spices mixed in as well. Some fruits. Flavor has a fruit sweetness with a light hop flavor mixed in, with a very malty and smooth middle and a slightly spicy but sweet finish.

May 26, 2007 Tap. Pours a clear orangey amber with a slight, quickly disappearing head. Nose is malty and clean with fruit. Flavor is macerated fruit with a slight hop hit, but ever so slight. This is pretty much a sweet fruited malt attack. Easy to drink and well balanced. Nice session brew.

May 25, 2007 On tap at Barcade: A malty, pretty sweet Maibock. Not overally hopped, but more hops than I expected from the style. Pretty well-balanced. The body color is medium amber, with a small white head. Some citrus and honey in the flavor make it quite pleasant. Refreshing and clean.

May 24, 2007 On tap at Mile Square in Hoboken. I Really liked this beer. It was sweet and malty, with just the right amount of hops. Very drinkable. Perfect for a session.

May 21, 2007 22oz - 2007 - Lightly hazed yellow, fizzy white head. The aroma held notes of warmed honey bread with a softer floral and vanilla caramel accent. Soft sweet bread and honey flavors are balanced well with a light peppery citric hoppiness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, bittersweet finish. Well done in my book and quite drinkable...

May 20, 2007 Bottle (22oz) shared with HogTownHarry, tupalev & biegaman -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a clear amber-orange with a large lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet and vegetal along with some mild hops. Flavour is malty with a bit of fruit and some hops in the finish. Medium bodied. Not bad for the style I guess but it doesn’t do much for me, just not my style.

May 20, 2007 an interesting blend of yeast, hops and malt. the yeast is not overpowering and works well with the grassy hops. it has a very slight bitter but the malt smooths that over. a well rounded and unique flavor. pours translucent copper with white head. definitely worth tasting.
