Commercial Description:
Maibocks are a traditional Teutonic seasonal specialty. We brew ours to be hugely malty and subtly finished with a variety of continental hops, with an eye-pleasing russet brown color.

Old gold pour with a tight healthy foam. Spicy nose of ripe peach, malt, and hops. Very smooth palate feel, nice bock flavor. All malt with no signs of canned sweetness. Tobbaco laden hops dominate for complexity. Finishes with a clean hop bitterness that exudes the European dryness that seeems to define the brewery’s style.

Bottle from Brother Tuckers. Pours an apricot color. Aroma is fruity and malty. I get tropical frutis all over the place and some yeasty notes. Flavor is yeasty, malty, not as fruity as the nose. I get some sweetness and light bitterness as well. Not bad at all.

From the 22oz "big beer" series, this one poured a hazy orange with a nice thick white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops, malt and some caramel. Taste was a refreshing hoppy, citrusy, floral combination that pleasantly suprised me. Carbonation was just right without being too much. Nice beer.

A great chewy, fruity flavor- like a hafe mixed with mango and passion fruit juices. Well not really, but tit’s in there somewhere. This is great fun, very pleasing and will make you not want to share the bomber with anyone else.Flavor disspates quickly, tho. Bottle at Brother Tucker’s in Pompano, Florida

Bottle courtesy of hellbilly. Pours a cloudy orange color with a few chunks and a chunky head. Aroma of grain, light sweet malt, and grassy and citrus hops. Flavor of malt, earth yeast and a good hoppy finish. Wow, I really enjoyed this brew. Thanks Josh!

Hazy orange pour with a nice, white head. Nice hops spring from the aroma. Citrusy taste, with some light hops involved. Lighter then I expected, but it tastes really, really good. This is definitely a beer I could drink a lot of. Very good balance.

has a strong flavor of canned corn with a touch of citrus hops. the malts and mouth feel are pretty full. taste has a strong alcohol flavor. the rest works well but the corn is what makes this from being outstanding.

The aroma has creamed corn, fruit, and citrus hops. The appearance is nice with a large head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin but smooth. Overall a drinkable beer but it has problems.
