Commercial Description:
Maibocks are a traditional Teutonic seasonal specialty. We brew ours to be hugely malty and subtly finished with a variety of continental hops, with an eye-pleasing russet brown color.

Thin creamy head which lends to some great lacing. Excellent carbonation. Aroma of malts and some light fruit. Awesome color of deep red/brown. Flavor is quite smooth with roasted malts, apple and a touch of smoke and alcohol. Finish is excellent with some hops finally showing up and a nice slight bitter aftertaste. Nice alcohol warming and presence. A quality beer that is on the mellow side but still full of flavor and substance.

Pours bright gold into a shaker. Bright white head quickly recedes to skim surface leaving no lacing. Sweet malt aromas. Crisp caramel upfront with a lasting hop and alcohol finish.

has a strong flavor of canned corn with a touch of citrus hops. the malts and mouth feel are pretty full. taste has a strong alcohol flavor. the rest works well but the corn is what makes this from being outstanding.

Sour/sweet aroma of bitter hops. Rich sweet malt, lemon and a kick of bitterness with a nice creamy body

Clear pale body with small white head. The aroma is herbal, bread, honey, apple and peach. The flavor is slightly sweet, honey, apple juice and herbal. Medium body is round with soft carbonation and a slightly warm finish.

The pour is bright golden with a pure white head. The nose is big and grainy with a nice layer of hop aroma. The flavor is just an overly sweet mess what the hell. Cloy, corn, and alcohol. I haven’t looked at the stats for this beer, but it tastes bigger than it needs to be. Full bodied and a bit oily. I don’t think I’m finishing this one.

Very fine stuff, and pretty refreshing on this blazing hot day. Much more malty than I’d anticipated, and not quite as crisp as I’d wanted for the style, but it’s flavorful and full. Nice.

pours dark redish brown in color. has a nice head that goes away quickly. plenty of co2 in this brew. taste is very malty with a nice little touch of hops added in for a kick in the aftertaste. a pretty well brewed beer that is not as good as their imp stout, but its worth trying if you havent had it before. not something im going to want to aquire again, but i like to say i had this brew. good
