at least it was clearly beer
that is a good thing
other than that, not much better than budweiser, which is also, supposedly, beer.
weak, uninspiring and worst of all (although this should be a tip-off) it has an absolutely horrible and a graphically STUPID label.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 31, 2006 [bottle] Lively, yellow appearance; plentiful white head. Aroma is sweet, very lager-ish. Flavors are sweet malts, some floral apples, and a very nice spicy hop finish. Quite drinkable. DarkMagus (433), San Jose, California, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 31, 2006 Huge foamy white and bubbly head. Very appetizing bread-like aroma with a hint of hops to it. Flavors were a nice balance of malt, grains/bread, with some sweetness and hops to the finish. Nice and crisp, well carbonation and refreshing. Light, but not so light as to be flavorless or watery. I was pleasantly surprised. wilkie (1191), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 14, 2006 Bottle thanks to Santa. Pours out a yellow color with a small white head. Beer is flavorful, rich, sweet, malty, and refreshing. A pretty good session beer for sure, probably a little better than I was anticipating it was going to be. Nice brew, from what is probably the most underrated brewery other than the very small ones that no one except locals know about. Sregnar35 (730), Rotterdam, New York, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 10, 2006 Great beer, more than I expected. Pours a great orange hue with a sticky head. Aroma is nice and hoppy, with some sweetness. Flavor is more hoppy like a pale ale, but the backbone here is much more thirst quenching like a lager, with some sweetness to balance the hops, really nice. hophead75 (1961), Boonton, New Jersey, USA
