Bottle. This is a good pizza beer. Not a big fan of it but it’s not too bad. Very malty taste, little hops.

Poured pale golden with a thick white head. The head had good retention. I love the lacing with these Smutynose brews. Smell was not really impressive. Malty with a biy of butter. Similar to a Helles Lager. Taste was similar as well with the matiness improving as it went down. The finish makes the balance good. Certainly one of my new favorite lagers.

Bottle. Pours deep orange with a white head. Slightly hoppy aroma. Flavors of malt, and a little hops, along with apple cider and spice. Very fresh at first, but by the end the sweetness became a little annoying, the apple cider flavors becoming more like apple vinegar. Could’ve used some more spice or hops, but not bad.

Poured yellow-orange into glass with dismal head. Aroma was light. Nice malt upfront with a good bridge into a spicy hop finish. Tart notes, with a diminishing spice-pepper close. It was very drinkable, as the mouthfeel wasn’t overburdening. Served ice cold, it does nicely on a hot summer day!

Poured a light copper with a white head. Light hops on the nose. Thin mouthfeel. Citrus, light fruit, pepper, and grass on the tongue. A very refreshing summer beer.

Bottle at Andy’s. Deep golden, white head, clear. Hoppy nose with some sulfur present. Malty lager with lots of hops for flavor and bitterness. Best description would be that this is a APA lager...
