| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 15, 2007 Bottle... Lightly hazed blend of hues... mahogany, pink, rust, red and orange... with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Great retention. Beautiful beer, really. The aroma is a toffee, white chocolate and mandarin orange blend. Solid, sweet, roasted malt flavor with heavy, grapefruit bitterness to match. Full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. Lengthy, toasted, bone-dry finish. Thanks to boboski for splitting the bottle with me!
