Appearance: hazed amber mid creamy top 4- Nose: Mild nose , creamy with slight what show. Flavor/Palate : Very soft with slight fruity character velvety wheat feel on walls. Light hop touches with some fruity bitterness. Finish with hop sitting on top of empty mid.

Poured yellow/gold/flaxen/apple juice in color with a creamy, dense, white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor was light to medium sweet. Tastes of lemon, soap, and lemongrass. Light body. Dry texture. Average carbonation. Lemongrass finish is dry. Where is the wheat? Not a bad beer, but not a very good Hefe.
