May 17, 2009 (draft) Small white head atop hazy applpe juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, straw, some orange. Taste is moderately sweet, lemon/grapefruit, light orange. Smooth medium body, low carbonation, light resin, acidity.

Apr 22, 2009 On tap at Deep Ellum, hazy yellow body with a sloppy white head. Aromas of dry grass, lemon and corriander. This beer drank so easy and smooth with little light citrus zest notes and refreshing herbal tea qualities. The body definitely drinks like an unfiltered beer with pretty good depth and lots of wheat. Kinda falls apart as it warms, the crisp notes fade and it turns watery and thin.

Apr 19, 2009 Draft at Blind Tiger. Poured a slightly hazy medium orange color with a fluffy white head. Attractive aroma of orange blossom and subdued banana. Light to medium bodied and dry with minimal bitterness. tasted of flowery hops, yeasty bread dough, and a bit of banana. There was also a hint of wet stone. Reminded me a bit of New Glarus Cracked Wheat. Yum.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Aroma is big time centennial hops. Flavor is very hoppy and very wheaty. This is a pretty neat little American take on a German Weisse. Worth a try!

Apr 14, 2009 10th rating for this brewski. Tap at the Blind Tiger. Pours cloudy peach yellow with a 1-finger fluffy head. Estery pineapple & strawberry aroma, surprisingly cheesy. You know, that ol’ French cheese. Mild tangerine from the hops. Bitter hops flavor, citrusy, with a bit of spineless malt backing it up. A bit wimpy overall.

Apr 13, 2009 Tap at BT last week. Aroma of apricot, other tropical fruits, floral notes, clove, a touch of bubblegum, wheat. Flavor more apricot hoppiness with a bunch of wheat base. Mildly dry. Quite tasty.

Apr 13, 2009 Tap at Blind Tiger: Nice cloudy golden with a strong lacing white head. Strong citrus hop aroma as well as a crisp lemon note from the fresh wheat mash. Some light banana and clove esters and plasticy phenolics. Quite inviting aroma. Fluffy bodied. Nice earthy, gritty flavor. A bit mineraly- spicy hop notes mesh with some dry phenolics make it seem mineraly with notes of white peppery. A balanced and interesting Hefeweizen. Nice one.
