Tap at Blind Tiger. Deep yellow-orange beer with a creamy white head. Aroma is loaded with zesty lemony hops, herbs and a touch of wheaty spice. Light banana and peach with some light orange character as well. Flavour shows a lot of fresh zesty spicy/noble hops. Lots of fresh wheaty character, lightly lemony with a bit of lingering resinous character. It is quite similar in profile to the Schneider-Brooklyner Hopfen Weisse and it is damn tasty. I’d like the body to be a bit fuller, but this is still a lovely brew. I’d love to see more of these hoppy hefeweizens... it’s a damn tasty take on the style.

[Draft @ EB+B] Poured a murky golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, pine, citrus fruits, clove, and lemon. Taste of toasted malts, lemongrass, citrus fruits, pine, grapefruit, and a bitter finish. Nicer aroma than taste.
