Commercial Description:
Copper-colored ale is medium-bodied and highly hopped. Its flavor is delightfully complex: tangy fruit at the start, with an assertive hop crispness and a long malty palate that one well-known beer writer has compared to the flavor of freshly-baked bread.

The pour is amber and a bit hazy at first. Smells of hops, malt and citrus, but not strongly. Yummy malt hits the tongue first with a touch of brown sugar. Then the hops chime in. Finish is quiet bitter. This isn’t a style I am strongly versed in, but I did enjoy.

Bottle, best by 9/08. Aroma of floral hops, red fruit, sweet malt. Flavor bitter at beginning and at finish with some sweet malt in between. Bitterness a bit harsh in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a clear brown with a small. Aroma of flowery hops, sweet malt, fruity. Flavor of sweet malt, bitterish finish. Not very hoppy. Not particularly flavorful, but quite drinkable and tasty.

Decent brew. Pours a deep amber-orange color with thin white head. Nice hop aroma of pine and fruit. Nice malty taste, very bready. Nice carbonation and lacing. Would drink again.

12 oz bottle. Pours a mostly hazy deep copper, with a thin filmy head and some lace. Aroma is on the nutty malty pale malt side, similar to a dogfish head pale ale with just light earthy brittish hops. Flavor is mroe toasted malts, nutty, bready, lightly caramelized malts, and burnt toast with just very light herrbal and earthy hops. Clean and easy to drink. Not great, but nothing bad about it at all.

This Pale Ale poured a nice deep copper colour with a very short lived rocky white head. To the nose there was scents of hopps, pine and grass with a splash of ripe fruit. First taste was very hoppy with stong flavours of pine and grass. Hopp heads delight. The finish was very acidic/bitter with the palate lingering with the flavours of pine.
