Commercial Description:
Copper-colored ale is medium-bodied and highly hopped. Its flavor is delightfully complex: tangy fruit at the start, with an assertive hop crispness and a long malty palate that one well-known beer writer has compared to the flavor of freshly-baked bread.

12 oz bottle labeled bottled in October (I’m guessing of last year since I pulled this out of the back of my fridge). Poured a kard orange/copper color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of light caramel and hops. Tastes of pine, citrus and some light caramel.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc & tupalev -- courtesy of tupalev. Pours a clear copper with a spare white head. Mild earthy hops aroma. Slightly dissapointing flavour of malt, citrus hops and a touch of wood. This is just O.K.

Bottle. Aroma is hops, almost like the most characteristic pale ale. a little grungy. Brown with a minimal head. Tastes fizzy, salty, brine, barnacle. Very new england. Clam bread?

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, tupalev & jerc - courtesy of tupalev. Bright red-amber with a small head. Nice hop character in the aroma and flavour, pretty well balanced. Nice enough, I could drink a few without complaint, but nothing outstanding.

Bottle shared GregClow, Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, and Jerc - I picked it up a couple of months ago. Dark orange, very little bubbly white head. Some hops and malt in mild aroma. Semi-sweet malt taste and hops. A strong bready like quality to the whole beer. Short finish. A standard English pale, something I would drink but certainly would not go out of my way for.

Golden orange, small white head. Mild hops, resinous and chlorophylly. Resinous hops in the flavour are borderline astringent, touch of grapefruit. Lacking the malt to make it work. Touch thin.

Bottle (12ozl). Shared with blankboy, GregClow, jerc, tupalev - courtesy of GregClow. Poured dark copper with a smallish dimnishing off-white head. Aroma is funky, almost vegetal malt and hops - a bit resiny. Taste is quite bitter and harsh, but drinkable.

Creamy white head, with a golden amber body. Slight fruit and pines in the aroma, but very minimal. Heavy hops in the tasting as well as high carbonation, leaving the mouth somewhat dry. An interesting combination for an English Pale and while not my personal favorite nothing to be ashamed of.
