Commercial Description:
Copper-colored ale is medium-bodied and highly hopped. Its flavor is delightfully complex: tangy fruit at the start, with an assertive hop crispness and a long malty palate that one well-known beer writer has compared to the flavor of freshly-baked bread.

Nice copper color with a foamy head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Very dry finish. Good.

12 ounce single - $2.00 at Venus Wine in Buford, Georgia. Best Before: July 2009. Appearance: Pours a medium amber-brown body with a full finger of frothy, faintly beige-hued head. Bits of splotchy lacing on the way down. Smell: Spiced, leafy citrus fruits go head-to-head with some sweetish, toasty malt scents. Taste: Pale malts with touches of toasted bread, lightly sweet caramel, and a meager dusting of brown sugar. Hint of spice. Touch of fruitiness. Citrusy, leafy hops with a medium amount of bitterness. Pink grapefruit emerges in the latter half now that the hops have sent the sweet malt a-running. Finishes dry and slightly crisp with some lingering hop flavors. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Recommended as a quality, quaffable pale ale.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a hint of red, no head. Just a slight ring of foam. Flavor has a definite hoppy aftertaste. Good, but not great.

Pours a nice hazy, reddish copper color with nice carbonation and a fluffy head. Nice hoppy citrus nose with a sweetness in the back. Hops hit hard up front but it smoothes out a little on the back end. A little un balanced in my opinion.

Bottle - pours dark reddish brown, very little head, but dissipates slow. Nice lacing from the start to finish. Nose is citrus, taste is medium strong hops, finish is clean, aftertaste does not hang around. I think this is a very decent pale ale.

Creamy thin white head. cloudy honey brown. Smells like honey and a bit of hops. somewhat light. Tastes slightly sweet with hints of sap and smoke in aftertaste. Long finish. Surprising and refreshing.

Bottle... Poured deep a rusty-ish amber with an off-white head, nice lacing. Copper-like hops woodsy characters on the nose. Fizzy, mild carbonated palate with earthy malts and hops. Simple and straight forward. Cereal-like grains in the finish.
