Refreshing soft body, slightly yeasty taste, light malt. Not bad, tough to stand out on a heavy sampling fest day, but it was a good sized sample and it was not too bad. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 12, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Cracker-like cereals and subtle herbal hops converse with fruity spices in this drinkable, sweetish Belgian-style Ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-Voluptuous foam tops the turbid beige orange.
-This does not stand up to the Dominus Vobiscum Blonde I had had right before it.
-Hops are far too shy for me to say this beer is balanced.
-The Belgian yeast character is timid.

Slightly hazy, medium orange brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Harsh grainy corn alcohol flavour. Medium body is sharp. Not great.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 11, 2009 Pours a burnt orange color with little to no head. Nose is a light citrus with a strange stale smell, also a little malty sweetness. Flavor has a slight sourness and apricot, peachy notes. Also a very slight malt backbone. Very light and finishes with just the slightest bitterness. Doubt if I will be visiting this again. sinkr (219), Lusby, Maryland, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 9, 2009 Bottle->tulip glass: Pours an average, frothy, off-white head atop a cloudy, orange body. Aroma of citrus (but not in any great quantity) The body is medium with some sediment, texture oily, and average carbonation with a bitter finish. The flavor’s duration is long, being lightly sweet and bitter. decaturstevo (1997), decatur, Tennessee, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jun 1, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/gold color with a 1/2" white head. Nose is mild spices and yeast. Light body with to much carbonation. Nice easy drinking brew. Flavor had a mild Belgian quality to it with a spicy, yeasty taste as well as a hint of malt. Also, some mild hop notes. Enough flavor to be interesting. mwelsh13 (483), Maryland, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | May 27, 2009 Bottle pours medium golden color with a slight haze. Nice yeasty nose. Fruity body with a bit of barn yard funk. Bit of spice: clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg maybe. Nice light body will lend itself to summer nicely. Good lawnmower session beer.
