[2122-20090502] Tap. Mildly skunky malt grains aroma. Slightly hazy, medium orange brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Harsh grainy corn alcohol flavour. Medium body is sharp. Not great.

Pours a burnt orange color with little to no head. Nose is a light citrus with a strange stale smell, also a little malty sweetness. Flavor has a slight sourness and apricot, peachy notes. Also a very slight malt backbone. Very light and finishes with just the slightest bitterness. Doubt if I will be visiting this again.

Bottle->tulip glass: Pours an average, frothy, off-white head atop a cloudy, orange body. Aroma of citrus (but not in any great quantity) The body is medium with some sediment, texture oily, and average carbonation with a bitter finish. The flavor’s duration is long, being lightly sweet and bitter.

A brown/gold pour with white lace and vbery little head. Aroma is mostly yeast with a hint of light malt. Light peachy fruitiness with a bready yeast finish. A bit bubblly but a drinkable beer

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow/gold color with a 1/2" white head. Nose is mild spices and yeast. Light body with to much carbonation. Nice easy drinking brew. Flavor had a mild Belgian quality to it with a spicy, yeasty taste as well as a hint of malt. Also, some mild hop notes. Enough flavor to be interesting.

Bottle pours medium golden color with a slight haze. Nice yeasty nose. Fruity body with a bit of barn yard funk. Bit of spice: clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg maybe. Nice light body will lend itself to summer nicely. Good lawnmower session beer.

12oz bottle from Whole Foods. Pour is light golden amber, slightly hued. Nose is light spices - an even blend of licorice (i guess star anise), ginger, and tangerine. Mouth is medium w/ lively carbonation. Taste is herbal... toasted straw, spice, starfruit and sugars. Finishes a bit too dry. A nice use of a variety of spices, adding flavor and aroma while remaining drinkable and light

Pours a three finger white head that fades quickly to a ring leaving some lace. Clear pale amber color. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Sweet grass nose. Flavor has hints of honey and fruit but a drying finish. Replaces Portsmouth Lager. Best before Nov 2009, $8.99 for a 6-pak at Market Basket Concord, NH.
