May 23, 2009 Star anise, cinammon, cardomon flavour this smooth drinkable lager. Slight spicy coloured body with white head. A little spicy, noteably cinammon spicy aroma. Medium mouthfeel, drinkable.

May 21, 2009 Bottle. Pours a very hazy tawny amber with a thin to medium white head. Smells a little like old bubblegum, with a hint of spicee Medium body, kind of metallic and grainy. Finishes rather dully, but still easy drinking.

May 21, 2009 Hazy, golden amber appearance with a large, white head and a fair amount of lacing. Nice toasted malt aroma in the forefront with wheat and spicy hops trailing. Modestly sweet taste of yeast, light citrus and spices. Medium bodied mouthfeel that finishes a little on the gummy side.

May 21, 2009 Draught @ Delaney’s. Hazy pale golden with scant off-white head and scattered lacing. Bouquet is herbal, floral, and some starfruit. Clean and straightforward palate with some granularity for texture. Has a witbier character with coriander notes. Good character, with solid malt backbone and nice herbal hop notes.

May 16, 2009 Nose is very yeasty, maybe a bit of wheat, lemon, pepper. Appearance is a bit cloudy, golden, some head, some lacing. Surprising body and hops in the palate, somewhat syrupy feel. I liked it.
