Sep 12, 2009 From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with an expiration date of December 2009. The pour is a cloudy orange-amber with a small but constant white head. The aroma has a mixture of Belgian wheat, malts, and a weak Allspice scent. The mouthfeel is about average. The taste sports some weak but bitter hops and pungent spices. A nice treat.

Sep 8, 2009 Bouteille de 12 oz. Arômes épicées (coriandre?) et légère touche de levure. Robe ambrée, effervescence assez active, mousse moyenne. Moyennement ronde en bouche, des céréales relativement discrètes et une touche de levure légèrement épicée et citronnée sont présentes. Finale peu amère et légèrement sucrée. Bien, mais manque un peu de caractère.

Sep 8, 2009 A nice session beer. Aroma was light and airy. Yeast and apricot. Pour was a cloudy light orange with a thin off white ring for a head. Taste was yeasty and spicy with neither flavor overpowering. Decent cabonation.

Sep 7, 2009 Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Armas are yeasty and spicy. Lightly fruity flavor with some yeast. Medium body with lively carbonation.

Aroma is hoppy, notes of spice though mild, light yeast with herbal undertones.
Flavor, light caramel malts, hoppy with weak spice and bitter mouthfeel.
Just couldn’t get into it, seemed too one dimensional.

Sep 1, 2009 Bottle. Gold pour, small head. Spices on the nose are very nice. Some lght yeast and slight tartness are also present. Flavor is fruity and spicy. Pretty ok. Could drink a few on a hot day for sure.

Aug 31, 2009 The appearance is clear and golden yellow. One finger of pure white head. Icy lace. Looks bright and inviting.
The smell is very funky and spicy, giving way to a sweeter, more fruity/citrus side.
The taste is a fruity start with orange and some sourish lemon. The flavor has a spicy Belgian funk, but also a sweet, fruity respite.
Thicker and more still than I expected. Tiny dancing fizz. Spicy but not overwhelming. Sweet at the end. Hella nice.
