I liked this one. pours out a dark dingy yellow color with a huge head. aroma was sweet and slightly fruity. flavor seemed dry with a spicy finish.
a nice brew.

Dec 2, 2009 Hazy orange yellow with a bit of white head. Aroma is minimal but sweet with the tiniest bit of strawberry, wet dog, and vanilla. Taste is also less than substantial, amounting to carbonated wetness with the faintest trace of malt, and the infinitesimal vapors of spiced fruit and sour metal shavings. $2/12

Dec 1, 2009 Poured from the bottle to an carbonated golden orange with medium thick off-white head that lingered well and left okay lacing. Nose was citrus hops (oranges and lemons mostly), some apple and a hint of various spices. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and tingly, and the taste picked up the spices of the nose nicely, and to a lesser degere, the hoppy citrus, with just a hint of malty sweetness. insih was full, long lasting and pleasant.

Nov 30, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a small white head. A nice malty aroma with subtle yeast and citrus. The flavor is crisp with light fruit, mild spice from hops and a smooth yeast taste. The malt has a light caramel and toasted note. The finish is clean and dry.

Nov 25, 2009 had a nice sweet spice aroma to it, body seemed a bit thin for me, lightly hoped, bit of a citrus/spice taste to it. pretty average overall.

Nov 24, 2009 12oz - Rust colored liquid with thin white head. Doughy, cooked pasta nose. Salty, seaside flavors, both good and bad, on the palate. Eeh.

Nov 21, 2009 Clear copper on pour with a white head that disappears quickly. Scents are mild with touches bread and citrus. Mouthfeel is light with a straw, yeast, bread taste. It is rather crisp on finish and easy drinking.

Nov 18, 2009 Thin white head thats short lived, little to no lace. Clear pale blond color. Nose is lightly malty and spicey, slightly metallic. Body is light, soft carbonation, light astringency. Light spicey flavors, vegetal notes as well, faint malts. Dry, quirky finish, somewhat metallic.

Nov 10, 2009 12oz bottle included in a mix pack. Pours yellowy golden with a white head. Not sure what they are going for here but I’m not impressed. I guess it is supposed to be a belgian ale but it seemed closer to an american lager. meh
