Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Hazy golden, brief head. Orangey nose. Sweet and light bodied with clean hard mouthfeel. Very primitive malt character - the sharpness makes it tough to drink. Highly metallic with notes of orange and tin.

My Bottom Line:
Cracker-like cereals and subtle herbal hops converse with fruity spices in this drinkable, sweetish Belgian-style Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-Voluptuous foam tops the turbid beige orange.
-This does not stand up to the Dominus Vobiscum Blonde I had had right before it.
-Hops are far too shy for me to say this beer is balanced.
-The Belgian yeast character is timid.

Bottle; best before October ’09.

Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells fruity and sweet caramel with some earthy hints. Tastes of band aids and sweet wheat with some tartness on the finish.

Tap at Downtown Bar and Grill. Very cloudy blonde colour with a creamy white head. Aroma is quite malty and honeyish with lots of fruity peach/apricot character. Slightly fruity and sweet with a bit of pale Belgian malt character and a fairly prominent orange/lemon flavour. It’s no singel, but it’s a decent Belgian pale.
