Snake River Crow Creek

On tap at the brewery (now called Shadows Brewing Co). Same crap beer, new name. pours a hazy greenish yellow with a poofy white head. Perhaps this beer is mildly infected? Very soapy with a bacterial tartness. Not good.

Draught. Pours pale yellow with a thin rocky white head. Sour malt (hay, straw) and fruity yeast aroma. Sour malt and acidic yeast finish. Light bodied and crisp palate.
