I'm not sure it's possible to make a "good" malt liquor. If it doesn't have gasoline, DMS, and/or other unattractive odors, it can't really call itself a malt liquor with a straight face, can it? This is definitely a malt liquor, warts and all. To style? Yep. Enjoyable? Nope. Aubrey (2773), Denver, Colorado, USA Mar 2, 2004 Oh, god, this could set a horrible precedent, but what the hell. If macros are gonna make feckless attempts at brewing craft beer, micros might as well show the macros how to brew 40s. King can: J/K, it came out of a tap. Light golden and clear with a bleached-white head. Creamy, sweet, and kind of honey-like. Surprisingly, no DMS-ish, sweet cooked corn notes, but some popcorn-like flavors. Alcohol warmed softly. Pretty easy to drink, though not very exciting. It'll get you effed-up though!
