On tap at the brewery. Very cloudy pale yellow with white lacing. Very sweet lemon aroma with yeast and wheat. Taste has a lot of yeast and wheat, with hints of citrus. Lingering sweet yeastiness. Pretty good hefeweizen.

Aug 1, 2008 Tap @ SR Brew Pub. Pours a cloudy yellow typical of an unfiltered hefe with a large white head. A little spice enters the aroma with wheaty and citrus notes. Tastes mild of citrus, light spice, and some floral tones. Light yeast. Not bad at all.

Jul 19, 2006 On tap at Snake River in Jackson. Poured a hazy apricot color with no head. Aroma of wheat, yeast and light bananas. Very refreshing, a great summer beer.

Apr 16, 2006 Updated: Nov 12, 2006INCORRECTLY LINKED TO SNAKE RIVER BY RATEBEER. This was had at the old "Snake River Pub" in Cheyenne, now Shadows Brewing Co. under the name Hobo Hefeweizen ... On draft at this "brewpub," this was yellow with zero head. Watery. Kinda like yeast juice.

Aug 1, 2005 Draught. Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin rocky off-white head and spotty lacing. Wheat banana clove malt aromas with a yeast nose. Wheat creamy banana clove flavor. Light and creamy bodied palate.
