dalekliz (206), San Diego, California, USA Jul 8, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Very cloudy pale yellow with white lacing. Very sweet lemon aroma with yeast and wheat. Taste has a lot of yeast and wheat, with hints of citrus. Lingering sweet yeastiness. Pretty good hefeweizen.

A little spice enters the aroma with wheaty and citrus notes. Tastes mild of citrus, light spice, and some floral tones. Light yeast. This was had at the old "Snake River Pub" in Cheyenne, now Shadows Brewing Co. under the name Hobo Hefeweizen ... On draft at this "brewpub," this was yellow with zero head. Watery.
