| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 2, 2006 Draught at the Brewpub: Pale yellow color, thin head, decent lacing. Nose of husky hoppy 2-row. The flavor is tangy and husky, lots of crisp hops and rouch edges on the malts. Just doesn’t have the cohesion or the cleanliness of a pilsner to really work for me. Maybe they call it pilsner malt for a reason, because you’re supposed to use it to make pilsners! Dickinsonbeer (3500), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA

Aroma is doughy fresh pilsner malt- with a really good floral and herbal hop note. Bready pils, light toast, dough, slight sweetness and herbal hop bitterness and very smooth- refreshing. Good Palate Cleanser. ratman197 (3262), Arvada, Colorado, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Sep 20, 2005 Bottle poured a clear pale yellow with a short lived white head. Aromas of bread, grass, and a bit of corn. Palate was very thin and watery. Flavors of light bread, a hint of grassiness and a sweet finish. Might be decent after mowing the lawn on a 100 degree day,as long as it was ice cold. 5000 (2634), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 24, 2006 Bottle: Pale yellow, very slight haze, moderate white foamy head, light lacing, lighter carbonaion. Straw or hay like nose, slight pizza dough, make that strong pizza dough. Very slight floral aspect. Pale malt flavor, slightly sweet, a touch floral. Not crisp, but still fairly tasty. Grassiness lingers. Body and mouthfeel are moderate, even a tad creamy. This one worked for me! Thanks Jordan!

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jul 20, 2006 12 oz. bottle. Poured a clear, pale gold with a fluffy white head that lasted through most of the glass. Very light aroma of yeast and maybe a trace of the floral aroma mentioned in the description. Flavor was pretty typical for a pils. Crisp with a slightly bitter finish. Overall a good representation of the style. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA
