Served chilled at start. Semi-opaque, quite mild, soft, and rounded on the flavor and palate. Decent. Produces a good buzz.

Poured amber, white head. Flavor was light caramel, bready, some spice, with grassy hops. Not bad, I guess.

A gift from a western travelor. Dark amber with nice head, a little malty in the nose but not in the taste. It is a real gem: as good warm as cold but for different reasons. Spices are noted with warming, yet can be quite refreshing when super cold. A very clean enjoyable drink though a little grasy in the finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of toasted nuts, caramel, and a little earthy. Tastes of toasted nuts and some caramel. Thin body. Boring.

Sampled on draught at the brewpub in Jackson, Wyoming. Pours a dark pale amber brew with a creamy off-white head that slowly dissolves to a white ring and excellent lacing. Aroma of toasted caramel malt, some mixed nuts, and flowery hops. Taste is lightly carbonated, medium bodied with flavors of roasted nuts and bready malt. Palete is slightly gritty with a light bitterness during the finish.

Caramelly ,cakey, malt aroma, hint of a spicey hop, very much on the light side.Taste is at first Milky wayish, touch of wateriness in the finish, can’t taste hops to much, but thers plenty of hop bitternessin finish, chocolate starts to taste like that chocolate they put in little childrens beginners baking kits, taste is really kind of muddled, not sure what Iwould pair this with or when I would drink it

Bottle: A lighter brown wpour with a smallish white head. Nose is malty and musty, a bit of hops. Not much going on as far as taste goes. A little malty, earthy, and some grassey tones. Not very exciting at all. Why do I keep trying these orgranic ales?
