Commercial Description:
60% wheat gives a distinctly subtle flavor. Cloudy with a slight orange haze our hefeweizen is quite refreshing on a hot Yakima Valley summer day.

Taster – Brewery – Sunnyside, WA
Aroma – Good wheat malt, very light Banana and clove aromas.
Appearance – Amber color, Nice head and Semi hazy.
Flavor – A off wheat flavor not a huge Hefe flavor. This was disappointing.
Palate – Nice Mouthfeel, light wheat texture with a dry finish.
Overall – Easy to drink but this was far from being a good hefe. No need for the fruit this beer was not bitter or needed the help. It needed brewer help.

On Tap at Snipes. Only slightly hazy yellow.orange witha small quick white head. Aroma was so faint I could hardly pick it up. Extremely light flavor. Subtle they call it. LIght pallate with a light fiz. A disapointingly bland American Wheat.

Clear gold with a thin and hazy head. Sticky lacing. Musky matls and sour lemons in the nose. Slightly grassy. Bitter and floral hops in the flavors accompanied by husky malts. Scratchy mouthfeel that finishes malty and bitter.

Barley hazy straw colour. LIghtly fruity aroma (hints of peach, pear). Fairly neutral profile, some pale malts. Not much different than the Blonde, just a bit wheatier in the finish.
