Fin (3376), Merton, Oxfordshire, England Jun 20, 2009 Bottle from Het Labyrinth, Kemmel, Belgium, 10-06-09 Pours hazy yellow, light carbonation and with a white clingy head. Some yeast, spice and lemon on nose. Taste is a little spicy and with some sweet lemon again, soft in mouth, touch of confectionery sweetness, quite nice stuff. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4 Ungstrup (14724), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 17, 2008 Bottled. An unclear orangey beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet fruity with notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with powerful notes of spices, wheat, and fruit - in a weird way I don’t like. Papsoe (14613), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 3, 2008 (Bottle 25 cl) Hazy, golden with a dense and lively, shaving foam style head that leaves laces. Sweetish aroma of malt and yeast. Medium body with sweetish malt and fruit and a lightly coffeeish note. The finish is dry. 271207 yespr (11613), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 26, 2007 25 cL bottle. Aroma of fruits and malt with a pleasant mild sweetness and slight spice. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and herby with spices and bitter hops. Well alasting herby bitter finish. lachesis (759), St Idesbald, Belgium Aug 16, 2005 Slight hazy yellow blond beer with a fluffy big white head. The aroma is fruity, pils-malty, has a faint refreshing citrus accents and exposes a fine hop selection. The mouthfeel is dry and the beer has a lot of body. It has the caracter of a Duvel but is bit smoother and rounder without being sweet. The afthertaste is powerfull and elegant at the same time. In the finish there is a minty slight bitterish accent of hops. This is a very nice blond with a lot of caracter and with a complex refreshing aftertaste. Duvel, look-out for this one.
