Bottled. One of the better meads I’ve had lately. Sweet, herbal, raisin, alcohol, honey and spice in this brew. Meidum bodied. Quite balanced and easy to drink. Very warming and sweet in the end.

Dark amber color. The aroma is sweet, a bit herbal, and with very light chemicals (the product for polishing wood furniture). The flavor is quite balanced, between sweetness, alcohol and herbal bitterness, but the final is short, even if still with a light herbal touch. Pleasant.

Bottle. Adark red mead with no head. The aroma and taste is of honey, glue and alcohol, quit floral. Medium to full body with a sweet alcoholic finish.

25 cL bottle. Pours dark orange, golden and with no head. Alcohol and spiced aroma. Sweet flavour, light herbal and mild spiced. Doesn’t have that raisin sweetness. Sharp edge and warming alcohol into the finish. Light fruity note into the far finish.

(Bottle 25 cl) Pours a clear, reddish amber. Sweet berry-like aroma with the alcohol showing already. Medium body stickingly sweet fruit accents - berries in particular - and lightly earthy elder notes. Warming alcoholic finish. 210308
