Bottle 75cl.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a virtually none head. Aroma is moderate alcoholic, honey notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. (130608)

Ceramic bottle 75 cl [Courtesy of Papsoe, thanks buddy] Lovely golden color. Aroma of heavy honey and medicine, raisins, overripe fruit, alcohol. Full bodied with a thick texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Hone sweet lingering finish. 19-04-2008

Bottle, bought @ Grønne Amalie, Kolding.
Pours lightly hazy amber with no head. Aroma is sweet, lots of honey, some light chocolate and caramel. It has a touch of carbonation, making it feel a little thin for a mead. Flavour is very sweet, alcoholic and filled to the brink with honey. Not balanced enough.
