Sockeye Fish Hugger Organic

Cloudy amber pour with a foamy egg shell white head. Thick lacing. Orange and lemon citrus aromas. A slight pepperiness to it. Some caramel and roast malts. Flavors of tangy malts; some caramel and some roast. Soapy hops. Some bitterness. Orange peels. Silky and cloying palate. Finishes musky with citrus and bittering hops.

Moderately hazy amber color with plenty of sticky thin head & lacing. Typical citrus & floral character with lightly toasted malt nose. The flavor has some light sweet malts and strong bitterness that pokes around your mouth like an unwanted guest. Finishes slightly sweet with a balanced tail. As the glass appears more half-full the mouthfeel turns a bit stale & medicinal from the hops.
