Draught: Clear pale gold color, lots of head retention and thus lacing with a bright white color. Nose of light floral hops, all noble, and a biscuity malt body much richer than the appearance would have you assume. The flavor is lightly bitter with fresh hops and a balanced sweetness in the medium body that brings everything up and over onto your palate. A very light (refreshing) beer in that sense but equally quaffable in the olfactory world. Finishes clean and balanced. Nice kolsch, yum.

Hmm, interesting, agreed with previous ratings, hard to get a aroma rating because of the smoke at the bar, a crisp light and tangy kolsch style, with fresh bread crust maltiness, lemony acidity and some herbal grassy hop bite coming through in the finish. Nice for summer time

Numero 1800, on tap at brewery. Mild grain-beany aroma, with sweet malt graininess and light fruity hoppiness. Golden clear with white foamy lacing head. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Crisp and clean with carbonic acidity, a bit bolder than most kölsch and a bit more bitter - like a kölsch on juice. Overall, though, it’s well balanced and is very refreshing. Paired well with the burger I had for lunch.

Draft: Golden, clear pour with a large white head and thick, sheet lacing. Nose is a modest floral hop and malty combo. Taste is malty, fruity, and ends with a lingering bitter dryness. Very pleasant.

On tap at brewpub pours out a great clear gold topped with a white head. A little grain aroma along with a little hops. A little malt on it as well.

On Tap at the BrewPub A clear light golden with a modest quick white head, and spotty lacing. Light grains and easy on the hops makes it refreshing and clean. Very slight bitterness at the end and a light feel. Pleasantly surprised.

Pretty decent and as true to style as I have seen in an American take on this style. Bread, biscuity maltiness, with some floral noble hops that lend a bit of herbs and grassy hay notes in the nose. Good mouthfeel.

On Tap at brewpub: Clear gold with runny lacing. The aroma is balanced followed by a bitter taste, a little soapy and lemon. It has a crisp finish with a light wheat aftertaste. Tangy carbonation hits the tongue. The body is thin. Overall, not much taste but not bad.
