Tap @ brewery - Decent for a hot day sitting on the patio at the brewery, but just by itself it is kind of weak and tame. Grainy cereal maltiness, with some lemony citrus, a bit of spice in the clove and banana department, but really light and watery lacking body.

On tap at brewery. Nice and airy banana nose. Light hazed semi cloudy golden pour. A bit watery, but has a nice wheaty base with a very slight touch on the banana/clove flavor. Definitely good on summer days out here, but not the best Hefe.

Draught @ Sockeye: Hazy golden, moderate to thin white head, sparce lacing, light carbonation.   Mealy nose, malty, slightly wheaty.   Pale wheat malts on the tongue, slightly citrusy.   Not sure what to make of it.   Maybe has a very slight hint of Banana.   Clean finish, moderate body and mouthfeel.   Light example for the style, seems filtered and not as heavy nor filling as others.   So, aside from that it is a light clean example of the style.   Great for these friggen 90 degree days in Boise.   Hey Jordan, can you turn it down next time I come to visit?

On tap at brewery. Mild wheaty aroma, with banana and light clover estery notes. Bit of lemony citrus, too. Hazy golden amber with thin white lacing head. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Good wheaty flavor from the start with a bit of light citrus. Banana and clove taste are pretty strong. A nice crisp, clean finish to this one, with mild bitterness. Nice Hefeweizen with full flavor.

On tap at brewpub pours out a hazy gold topped with a small white head. Great yeast and spioce aroma on this one. Along with some banan. Nice body along with good tast.

Tap at brewpub: Cloudy gold with a white ring of a head. Aroma of ripe bananas with a similar flavor plus some spices. The feel is slick and there is a nice wheat aftertaste. The carbonation is fizzy which is good. Not bad for a hefe.

Tap: Hazy orange color, light head and no lacing. Nose of some husky wheat and faint banana/clove. The flavor is spicy with wheat esters, light hop bouquets waft up through the starchy later settled permanently near the top of the glass. A nice lightly carbonated hefe, semi-sweet but pleasant. The finish is light, sweet and malty. Fairly large beer for a hefe. Big body and a bit unbalanced toward sweet, but that’s how I like em.

On Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy light yellow/orange with a full off white head. Very light aroma of pale malts, and a hint of the German variety of the Hef species. Very slight though. Flavor is overshadowd by the ultra light pillowy soft feel. More like club soda than beer. A hint of wheat malts and a trace of the spices Jake desceibes. Extremely light wheat beer. Which I don’t mind sometimes, just not much to make you order another pint. Moderately fissy and a slight papery malt trailer.
