Commercial Description:
A copper colored top fermented beer, brewed with 3 English hops, that gives the spicy flavor. With a lovely aroma of flowers and a hint of spring.

IPA "India Pale Ale" originates around 1790, when India was an English colony. To make it possible for the beer to travel that far - it was added a lot of hops and brewed to a higher gravity, which both increased the life of the beer.
Our "Pearl of India" is strongly inspired of the original IPA, but shaped to fit the Danish palate.

Orange appearance. Some dandelion smell in the nose. However it seems a bit too watery and some butter is present in the finish.

Aarhus, DK Bottled I seems like Søgaard generelly makes beers weak in taste - this included. Low on malt and onedimensional hopping
