Commercial Description:

Bottle. Clear red with a small off white head. Very fruity and berry like aroma with some spices. Bit tart berry aroma with notes of cherry, cinnamon and light acid. Ends up rather sweet fruity.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a lazing red head. The aroma has notes of a weird fruit - probably quinua. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruit - probably again quinua.

Bottled. Slightly hazy reddish amber colour with huge fluffy pinkishlike head. Some lace. Aroma is raspberry along with some slight strawberryish notes as well, also some mild vegetably notes. Flavour is quite much the same but also has some semi-sourish notes of cherries.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Unclear sparkling medium red color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white pink red head. Aroma is moderate raspberry, freshly picked raspberry, light to moderate cherry. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090119]

50cl bottle at Kolding ølmesse, 2009. Pours cloudy red with a white collapsing head. Nose is sweet of berries and almond. Cherries mainly. Watery palate. Mostly sweet but has a tiny tart edge in the end. Unfortunatly quite artifficial.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, reddish-golden body under a minimal off-white head. Tropical fruits, apricot and some strawberries on the nose. Sweetish too. Surprises me to read it’s cherries that are added, not strawberries, but I’ve been fooled by those two fruits earlier. Sweetish in the mouth, with room for a sourish touch, and flavors of apricot and citrus. The cherries seems to be hiding. Medium body and a nice carbonation. Citrusy finish. A pleasant and refreshing one. (081110)

500 ml bottle. Reddish orange body with a nice, big, creamy off-white head. Head has a shade of pink. Aroma is fruity like apricot, raspberry and fruit bubblegum. Flavor is grapefruit, peaches and a sharp fruity bitterness. A bit thin body, very refreshing, acidulous and unusually.
