Oct 16, 2008 Cloudy amber with a small white head. Grainy malt and bacon aroma. Sweet malty flavour with a little smoke, and a touch of drying tannin in the finish.

Oct 11, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy golden with a small, rough off-white head. Fat smoky Bamberg aroma. Medium body with sweetish caramel and then again a distinctly fat smoky accents. A decent if a little sweet Smoked. 310808

Oct 7, 2008 50 cl bottle at Søgaards Bryghus, Hazy brown color with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is smoked, off course, but not too much. Flavor is smoked with malt, fruit, sweetness and some hops. Refreshing and very nice!

Oct 4, 2008 Bottle. Creamy off-white excellent fully lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty light hoppy very smoaked aroma. Light sweet very smoked flavor. Moderate bitter soapy finish. Oily palate. Not very balanced beer.

Sep 25, 2008 Bottled@EBF2008. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is hops, glue, fruits and some mild notes of smoke and leather. Flavour is leathery, wet smoked wood and some mild notes of peach and pineapple. Mild herbal notes in the finish.
