Commercial Description:
Danish: Forårsøl er en mørk, håndbrygget øl på friskkværnet dansk byg-, münchener- og karamelmalt. Bitterhumlen er den amerikanske Columbus og smagshumlen den slovenske Styrian Goldings. Gæren er en belgisk overgær. Forårsøllen lægger sig tæt op af påskeøllen, men med lidt mindre mørke malte.

English: Forårsøl is a close relative to Påskeøl, but using slightly less, dark malts. Spring was all over and the time for a trial brew was here. A repetition next spring is eminent.

Bottle. A fine new brewery. Amber colour with pale brown medium and long lasting head. Aromas of citrus and hopps. Taste hoppy with a little bitterness and some sweetnes. A nice and very tasty beer, but I´m not convinced that it´s a pilsner, to me it taste more like an APA.

Bottle at home. Hazy amber with a large beige head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel), light hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter, slowly becoming moderate. Light/medium body, soft carbonated. It’s to dark, to sweet and missing the definite refreshing hops to be a pilsener, but anyway an good ale.

Hazy amber colour with white floffy head.Aroma of hops mild flower like taste.And a bitter finish.
