Commercial Description:

English: This brew was based on a brewmaster with no math skills. A brewmaster should at least be able to count to 25. He didn’t make it and that caused 20% more barley and pale caramel malt to enter the brew. Luckily we got an order of 100 bottles from an estate on south of Zealand and the remaining bottles were sold in the store with many good reviews.

Courtesy of Papsoe. Dark red copper with a dense and creamy head. the aroma is fruity hoppy with notes of malt. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, fruit, oranges (sugar coated), preserved figs, hints of burnt sugar and papaya. It has a nice balance and harmony!

Bottle. Copper-colored, a bit hazy beer with a a medium-sized beige head. Sweetish, fruity nose, mostly tropical fruits. Nice, sweetish flavor with hoppyness to balance it, and there’s also some alcohol and caramel. Full, slightly warming mouthfeel. As the initial flavor, the finish is also sweet and bitter in a nice union. A nice one this too, Stig! (071228)

70 cl bottle, batch#25, at Yngwie´s xmas-tasting. Amber color. Nice off-white head. Very hoppy, with great floral/fruity aroma, and a bit less of the same in flavor. Sweet and balanced. A beer for me!

From bottle, blind tasting at Papsoes - beer no 28. Pours hazy orange with a huge creamy light orange head. Citrus fruity aroma, peach and grapefruit. Slight spiced and with a solid malt base. Has a minor acidic nose. Flavour is solid malty with a slight spice note. Has quite lovely yeast notes. Ends soft malty.
