Jan 1, 2009 Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It pours a hazy orange-golden body under a dense one-finger off-white head. Flowery and sweetish on the nose, with a touch of sourness, pale malt and pinecones. Sweet and flowery in the mouth, with a fine hoppy bitterness and flavor of pinecones. Some maltyness too. Medium to full body and quite effervescent. Nice finish with all the flavors found initially, and a more pronounced bitterness. The beer starts off a bit boring, but soon shows itself as a flavorful and quite exciting beer. (081031)

Hazy orange color, small white head, small particles floating. Flowery "hyldeblomst" aroma with yeasty notes. Very herbal, demanding beer with yeasty and a bit unbalanced flavor. This flower really dominates here.
