Commercial Description:

Bottled. A light amber beer with some sediment floating around under a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and lots of fruit, while the flavor is sweet with strong notes of yeast and medium notes of fruit. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle, from trade with papsoe. It pours a golden body with lots of microfloaties, else it’s quite clear. Off-white head. Alcohol, lots of sweetness, some caramel, and a good dash of hops and spices in the aroma. The flavor is on the sweet side, with some alcohol and a grainy note. Some hops and spices to give a pleasant bitterness too. Full-bodied and sweet with a nice level of carbonation. Good bitterness in the finish. A quite complex and nice beer possibly deserving a higher rating. (080620)

0.75 l bottle. Deep golden color with white head, some yeast flocs. Sweet orangey and grainy aroma with notes of vanilla. Sweet flavor with toffee, bitter orange, some herbal notes and some yeasty notes. Balanced tripel type beer with a strong but not overwhelming orange character.

Bottle at Frands. Golden with an off-white head, hazy. Aroma moderate/heavy malty (caramel, notes of light fruits), moderate hoppy. Flavor moderate/heavy sweet, moderate bitter (sharp). Medium/full body. It’s not in balance. The malt is to vague, while the hop and yeast dominates.
