Danish: En mild Irsk Stout også kaldet Dry Stout derovre i Irland. Guinness og Murphys Stout er den tætteste sammenligning. En øl med en tør og let smag ud i det mørke og med indslag af kaffe og chokolade. Den har et lavt niveau af humle som sig hør og bør.

Bottle@RBNAG 2009, Vatlandsvåg. A low, tan cream head upon a dark, mahogny colored body. Toasted dark malts, licorice, and some herbal and minty notes to the nose. Medium sweet, quite weak malt body with roasted tones, licorice and dark fruits. Lively mouthfeel. Short, malty ending.

Bottle, 5.1% ABV, RBNAG 2009 in Vatlandsvåg. Brew No. 77. Very dark brown colour, low head. Strange aroma of aniseed, liquorice and cough medicine. The flavour has notes of mild coffee, hints of cocoa and liquorice, fizzy mouthfeel.

Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, coffee notes, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090913]
