Clear bottle. Pours a light gold with one finger stark white head and zero lacing. Nose is sweet grass and grains. Taste is bread, honey, grains and light hops before finishing with a syrupy sweet aftertaste. Light mouth feel. I’ve had it with lime before and wish I had some lime to hide the taste this time around. Yuck.

Clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma of processed corn with a metal undertone. Water and malt and a foul after taste. no palate. Needs a lime and a beach and a chiquita.

Pours clear yellow with a fizzy yellow head out of the clear bottle. Corn syrup, metal, and skunk all over the taste and aroma. Stick the lime in and pretend its a Corona, because that’s pretty much what this is.

33cl bottle. It poured a very pale yellow colour with a medium big white head that settled down fast in the glass leaving a thin head. The aroma smells of malts and grass. The flavour tastes of malts and water. It has a short aftertaste.

(Sample at September 12, 2008 Beer Club Meeting) Clear yellow color, slow and steady carbonation. All in all, taste isn’t that bad. Light and smooth. Sweet flavor and a little sour of a mouthfeel. Grainy aroma. Good body and flavor. I think I’d go for this before most other Mexican lagers (with the exception of Negra Modelo, of course).
